Alfalaval seeks a Senior Field Service Engineer to join our team in New Delhi on a full-time basis. This is an on-site technical role supporting the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment across customer operations in the region.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will take ownership of complex field operations and ensure successful equipment deployment and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and performance testing of equipment at customer sites

What You Bring
- Minimum 5–7 years of field service engineering or technical support experience with industrial equipment
- Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic expertise in resolving complex technical problems independently
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing field teams or coordinating technical projects
- Knowledge of safety standards, maintenance protocols, and quality assurance procedures
- Strong communication skills for engaging customers, technicians, and cross-functional teams
- Mechanical or electrical engineering background or equivalent technical qualification
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region to customer facilities
