As a Senior Solutions Engineer on Twilio’s Digital Sales Communications team, you will be part of a sales-focused group dedicated to delivering technical wins and the best product fit for our clients. You'll lead pre-sales relationships, drive technical discovery, propose architectures, demonstrate products, anticipate concerns, and offer creative solutions that build customer trust in Twilio's offerings.

• Lead the technical pre-sales relationship with mid-level managers or software engineers
• Drive technical discovery to understand customer needs
• Propose technical architectures that align with our products

• Comfortable engaging with mid-level managers or sketching out API flows on a whiteboard
• A strong background in technical pre-sales and sales engineering
• Experience leading low to mid-complexity opportunities independently
