About This Position
We are seeking a Senior QA Manager with extensive experience in hand embroidery manufacturing. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage daily quality assurance activities across various stages of production including sampling, production, finishing, packing, and final inspection.
Your Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the QA and QC team.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout all phases of hand embroidery manufacturing.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Develop and implement quality improvement strategies for continuous enhancement in the manufacturing process.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a QA Manager, preferably in hand embroidery or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and standards relevant to hand embroidery manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to identify potential issues before they become critical.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
