What This Role Involves

The Practice Manager at Lumino Miramar is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring a smooth-running practice. You will lead and support the team, manage scheduling, maintain patient satisfaction, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the practice
• Manage staff schedules and performance
• Ensure high levels of patient care and satisfaction
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth workflow
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures
• Monitor financial performance and budgeting
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Practice Manager or similar role in healthcare
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with dental practice operations and regulatory requirements
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
