The Opportunity

As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and inspiring a high-performing team while overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. Your role will involve delivering exceptional patient experiences from the first phone call through to treatment completion. You will also partner closely with our clinicians to ensure efficient workflows and outstanding clinical support.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Practice Manager who has:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within healthcare or orthodontics
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire and motivate team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and clinicians
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently and effectively
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences
• Experience in process improvement and innovation within a healthcare setting
