Senior Product Designer, AI Builders

Cresta is hiring a remote Senior Product Designer, AI Builders to shape the tools that let contact center teams across the United States design, deploy, and refine AI agents with confidence.

About the Role

Cresta's AI Builders place the power of applied AI directly in our customers' hands, giving them a way to configure, test, and launch AI agents that automate work or augment human agents so they perform at their best. As a Senior Product Designer on this team, you'll own the full experience of how people build, evaluate, and ship AI. You'll work at the meeting point of LLM capabilities, customer experience operations, and workflow design — balancing agentic and deterministic approaches and turning powerful AI primitives into builder experiences that both developers and business operators can adopt at scale. This is a full-time, fully remote position open across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate the complexity of AI and business logic into intuitive, self-serve builder experiences for technical and non-technical users alike.
• Prototype alongside engineering and design partners, iterating early concepts into polished, production-ready flows.
• Partner with product managers and tech leads to frame problems, define north-star experiences, and map iterative milestones.
• Lead discovery and evaluative research — user interviews, workflow walkthroughs, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate across PM, ML engineering, forward-deployed, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Champion craft, raise the quality bar, and know when shipping good beats waiting for perfect.

Qualifications

• A degree in Design, HCI, or Interaction, or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience.
• Background designing AI-driven workflows, no-code/low-code or agentic builders, or complex B2B enterprise software.
• An AI-native way of working, comfortable with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or MCP to prototype faster and go beyond traditional design tooling.
• A portfolio of elegant, end-to-end solutions to hard problems.
• Strong product thinking spanning interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and research, plus curiosity and adaptability in a collaborative setting.

The posted base salary range for this role is $150,000–$205,000, plus equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
