About the Role

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate, you will own the coordination and execution of product delivery milestones while building and maintaining strong relationships across field teams. You'll partner with product, engineering, and operations leaders to ensure seamless execution, overcome organizational obstacles, and translate customer feedback into product improvements. This is a role where strategic thinking meets hands-on execution—you'll influence how our products reach market and how they perform once live.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end product delivery workflows, timelines, and stakeholder communication across multiple teams
• Lead cross-functional coordination between product, technical, and field-facing organizations to ensure alignment on product launches and updates
• Develop and maintain relationships with field teams to gather customer insights and identify delivery challenges before they escalate
• Track delivery metrics, document learnings, and recommend process improvements to increase speed and quality
• Support product change management initiatives by designing communication strategies and training resources for end users
• Escalate risks and dependencies proactively, proposing solutions that balance market timing with quality standards
• Contribute to quarterly planning and roadmap prioritization by synthesizing field feedback and delivery capacity data

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery, program management, or related roles, ideally in financial services or complex enterprise environments
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority across teams and at multiple organizational levels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships, particularly with sales, operations, or field-based teams
• Project management discipline and comfort with ambiguity in fast-moving product environments
• Analytical mindset with ability to collect and synthesize data to support decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, product management, or related field
