The Opportunity
Our client is a reputable high-tech multinational corporation based in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). We are seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement (Regional) to lead regional category strategy while driving a step-change procurement transformation agenda across the region. This role combines strategic category leadership with ownership of a Procurement Transformation Program Office (PMO), acting as a key architect of a future-ready, resilient, and digital procurement organization.

Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Procurement who can lead regional category strategy while driving a step-change in the procurement transformation agenda. The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of leading strategic category management initiatives
- Experience in driving and managing large-scale procurement transformations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change across multiple regions
- Exposure to digital procurement solutions and technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a management role
