The Opportunity

Exacta Land Surveyors LLC is seeking a Regional Land Survey Field Manager to lead field operations within our Construction – Field Operations & Site Management group. This role will involve overseeing multiple land survey crews delivering boundary, topographic, and construction layout surveys for complex building and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily field activities
• Ensure data collection and quality control in the field
• Manage and mentor field crew members to meet project deadlines and deliverables
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders for seamless project execution
• Develop and maintain accurate project documentation and reports

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying or related field
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing multiple crews effectively
• Strong understanding of boundary, topographic, and construction layout surveys
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• PMP certification preferred but not required
