Qualifio, part of the Ibexa group, is hiring a Senior Account Executive – DACH to win net-new enterprise business and expand strategic platform adoption across Germany. If you sell digital transformation rather than tooling, this Germany-based role is built for you.

About the Role

As a Senior Account Executive – DACH at Qualifio, you will own the full enterprise sales motion across the German-speaking market, positioning the Ibexa Digital Experience Platform as the strategic orchestration layer behind large-scale digital transformation. This is a quota-carrying, hunter-focused position for an ambitious SaaS seller who guides complex accounts away from fragmented point solutions toward a unified, scalable platform vision. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run the complete sales cycle for large enterprise deals, from prospecting through to close, across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Lead value-led conversations with CMOs, CIOs, and digital decision-makers, establishing Qualifio and Ibexa as a strategic partner instead of a software supplier.
  • Sell the full platform across DXP/CMS, Cloud, Data & Personalisation, PIM, and Integration capabilities, framing Ibexa One as a single orchestration layer for digital experiences.
  • Partner with agencies and system integrators throughout the DACH region to build joint opportunities and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Grow existing accounts by uncovering new use cases, broadening platform usage, and opening fresh market expansion.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years selling enterprise SaaS, ideally in DXP, CMS, MarTech, Commerce, CDP, or platform software.
  • A demonstrated history of closing complex, high-value deals with extended sales cycles.
  • Strong skills in value-based selling and building compelling business cases.
  • Hands-on experience in partner-led and co-selling environments.
  • Professional fluency in both German and English.
  • A structured, self-motivated approach and genuine comfort selling sophisticated platform solutions.
