Senior Consultant, Oracle HCM Recruiting and Onboarding – U.S. or Canada

Huron Consulting Group seeks an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle HCM recruiting and onboarding solutions for a full-time role based in Chicago's Illinois Medical District. Drive enterprise transformation by leading Oracle human capital management implementations that reshape how organizations attract, hire, and onboard talent.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant in Oracle HCM Recruiting and Onboarding, you'll take ownership of client engagements that span system design, configuration, and deployment across North America. Partner directly with executive stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable HCM solutions that optimize the entire talent lifecycle—from recruitment sourcing through first-day onboarding.

What You'll Do

• Lead Oracle HCM system implementations and upgrades, managing scope, timelines, and quality across large, complex client accounts
• Design recruiting and onboarding workflows and data models that align with client organizational structure and compliance requirements
• Configure Oracle Cloud HCM recruiting modules, interview management, offer processing, and onboarding automation features
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and provide strategic recommendations for process improvement
• Mentor junior consultants and guide client teams through change management and go-live readiness
• Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as the primary escalation point for client problem-solving
• Document solutions, build knowledge assets, and share best practices across your consulting team

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of professional experience in Oracle HCM implementation, with demonstrated expertise in recruiting and onboarding modules
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM architecture, including core HR, talent management, and cloud platform capabilities
• Track record of delivering successful implementations on schedule and within budget for enterprise clients
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at the C-suite and operational levels
• Experience with HCM process optimization, system integration, and data migration projects
• Oracle HCM certification or equivalent demonstrated mastery preferred
