About the Role

As a Senior Managing Director, you will lead a dynamic team delivering expert analysis and strategic guidance on high-stakes litigation matters. This full-time position places you at the center of complex disputes, where you'll combine deep domain expertise with business acumen to drive client outcomes and practice growth.

What You'll Do

• Direct engagements in mass tort and class action litigation, providing comprehensive economic, statistical, and financial analysis to law firms, corporations, and defendants
• Develop and execute litigation strategies, working closely with legal teams and corporate stakeholders to identify risk and build defensible positions
• Lead team members in conducting financial modeling, damages calculations, causation analysis, and damages valuations for complex disputes
• Oversee engagement quality, ensuring analyses meet rigorous standards and withstand scrutiny in discovery, depositions, and trial
• Manage client relationships, serve as primary point of contact for key matters, and identify opportunities to expand service scope
• Contribute to business development by identifying emerging practice areas and building relationships within the litigation support market
• Mentor junior staff, fostering technical excellence and professional development across the team

What We're Looking For

• Extensive background in risk advisory, litigation support, mass torts, or class action work
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex client engagements
• Strong analytical skills in financial modeling, damages assessment, and statistical analysis
• Deep knowledge of mass tort litigation, trust litigation, and related regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication abilities and capability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
• Track record of building client relationships and driving business growth
• Advanced degree or relevant professional credentials (CPA, CFE, or equivalent experience)
