AbbVie is seeking a Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs US Advertising and Promotion - Immunology to join our team in Washington, D.C., where you'll help ensure promotional materials for our immunology portfolio meet every regulatory standard. This full-time role blends scientific insight, regulatory expertise, and business acumen at the heart of how AbbVie communicates its medicines.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs US Advertising and Promotion - Immunology, you will apply your understanding of scientific, regulatory, and commercial considerations to support products that are developed, manufactured, and distributed in compliance with applicable legislation. Based in Washington, D.C., you will partner closely with the Director and cross-functional stakeholders to shape and steward AbbVie's advertising and promotional efforts within the immunology space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply scientific, regulatory, and business knowledge to ensure immunology products meet the required legislative and compliance standards.
  • Support promotional and advertising activities so that materials align with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist the Director in initiatives that influence regulatory strategy and outcomes.
  • Develop, mentor, and supervise regulatory affairs professionals as needs arise.
  • Collaborate across functions to support products throughout development, manufacturing, and distribution.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in regulatory affairs, ideally within US advertising and promotion review.
  • Working knowledge of the scientific, regulatory, and business considerations that govern pharmaceutical products.
  • Familiarity with the legislation and standards applicable to developed, manufactured, and distributed products.
  • Leadership ability to guide and supervise regulatory professionals.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills suited to a cross-functional, on-site role in Washington, D.C.
