Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Marketing & Public Relations is responsible for leading and managing marketing and public relations efforts to support the strategic objectives of General Dynamics Mission Systems. This role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience, plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or a master's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and public affairs professionals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Defense security clearance requirements at the time of hire.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required, plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or a master's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance preferred at time of hire.
