Position Summary
Linked Thoughts Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Pretoria, Tshwane. This role involves driving the sales and marketing strategies for our three active property development projects with a combined value of R1.7 billion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans for all projects
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets
- Identify market trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and construction timelines
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance
What You Bring
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the property development industry
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams effectively
- Exposure to CRM systems and data analysis tools for sales tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A deep understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the property development sector
