About the Role

In this on-site position, you'll own strategy, governance, and execution across multiple regional and vertical-specific web platforms, ensuring consistent user experience and brand representation while supporting business growth in gaming, e-commerce, and travel verticals.
What You'll Do
- Direct website architecture, design, and content strategy across global markets and business segments
- Lead cross-functional teams to align web experiences with business objectives in iGaming, e-commerce, hospitality, and retail sectors
- Manage website performance, SEO, accessibility, and conversion optimization initiatives
- Oversee digital governance, ensuring compliance and brand consistency across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to integrate payment solutions seamlessly into customer journeys
- Drive innovation in web technology and digital experiences for a payment platform serving millions
- Report on KPIs and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in website management, digital strategy, or web operations at scale
- Proven track record managing global platforms, multi-market campaigns, or cross-functional digital teams
- Deep understanding of web technology, SEO, analytics, and digital user experience
- Experience in financial services, payments, e-commerce, or gaming industries preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across technical and business teams
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
