This part-time position offers meaningful work in home-based senior care. You'll work directly with clients to ensure their comfort and safety while fostering a supportive, respectful environment. Based in the Wheeling area of Cook County, you'll become a trusted presence in the lives of seniors who rely on your care and attention.
What You'll Do
- Assist with personal care activities, including grooming, bathing, and dressing
- Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs
- Help with mobility, transfers, and light housekeeping tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Remind clients about medications and medical appointments
- Monitor clients' well-being and report changes to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment
