• Manage branch resources, workplans and performance reporting to demonstrate accountability and progress.

What You Bring

• Extensive senior leadership experience directing complex programs in environmental, water or justice-related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic frameworks and guide large-scale policy or operational change.
• Strong track record of stakeholder engagement, relationship building and consensus facilitation.
• Proven skills in team leadership, coaching and performance management at the director level.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation abilities suited to high-level decision-making settings.
• Knowledge of governance practices and the ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional or community-based contexts.
