Senior Corporate Recruiter

Based in New York City, you'll drive recruitment strategy and talent acquisition for a fast-growing edtech startup transforming how students access premium coaching in medical, legal, business, and college admissions.

About the Role

This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to shape Inspira Education's talent strategy during a critical growth phase. You'll own recruitment initiatives across the organization, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, while partnering with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and build a high-performing team.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with Inspira Education's expansion and organizational priorities
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a mix of job boards, networking, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job description creation through offer negotiation and onboarding
• Track recruitment metrics, forecast hiring needs, and continuously improve hiring processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand team culture and identify the qualities that drive success at Inspira Education

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with a track record of successfully filling roles across functions
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions and prioritize competing demands
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Analytical mindset with ability to track and improve key recruitment metrics
• Passion for working in fast-growing, mission-driven organizations
• Familiarity with the edtech, startup, or education sectors is a plus
