Bank of America is hiring a full-time Senior Banker in Franklin Park, Cook County. You'll lead client relationships, develop financial solutions, and drive growth for a world-class institution dedicated to strengthening financial lives.
About the Role
This Senior Banker position puts you at the center of client success. Based in our Franklin Park office, you'll build and deepen relationships with corporations and commercial clients, translating their financial challenges into tailored banking partnerships. You'll serve as a trusted advisor while collaborating with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions.
What You'll Do
- Cultivate and expand relationships with existing and prospective corporate and commercial clients
- Assess client financial objectives and recommend appropriate banking products and services
- Lead business development activities to increase client wallet share and revenue
- Prepare financial analyses, proposals, and executive presentations
- Partner with lending, treasury, and product teams to structure client solutions
- Monitor account performance and proactively manage client satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated success in commercial or corporate banking relationships
- Proven track record of new business development and revenue growth
- Strong understanding of commercial lending, cash management, and deposit products
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
- Series 7, Series 24, or comparable securities licenses strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
