About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Art Director who thrives developing cohesive visual campaigns across social channels. You'll oversee the creative direction and artistic execution that brings DraftKings' brand to life, ensuring consistency and impact across all social properties.

What You'll Do

• Lead creative vision and art direction for social media campaigns across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond
• Develop visual concepts and design systems that reflect DraftKings' brand identity and resonate with our audience
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, videographers, and content creators to execute on-brand content
• Guide and mentor junior designers and creative team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Stay current with social media trends, platform best practices, and emerging creative formats
• Review and refine creative assets to ensure quality, brand consistency, and performance optimization
• Partner with marketing and strategy teams to align creative direction with campaign objectives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional art direction or senior design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating social media work
• Expert-level knowledge of design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing creative teams or mentoring designers
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and what drives engagement
• Strong visual communication skills with an eye for typography, color, composition, and aesthetic cohesion
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strategic thinking skills combined with hands-on creative execution
