About the Role

As a Machine Operator 2, you'll work on the production floor of Kenvue's Fort Washington facility, operating and monitoring equipment used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This is a full-time, on-site position placed through Kelly Services — connecting skilled workers in Upper Holland and greater Bucks County with industry-leading employers.

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery during production runs
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure product output meets established specifications
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment irregularities or process deviations promptly
• Complete accurate production records, batch documentation, and logbooks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with facility safety standards
• Support changeovers, line clearances, and equipment sanitization between production runs

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience as a machine operator in a pharmaceutical, food, or other regulated manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with GMP guidelines and FDA-regulated production settings
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
• Comfort standing, lifting, and working on a production floor for extended periods
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach to daily operations
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or vocational certification a plus
