About the Role
We're seeking a registered associate clinician who finds meaning in relational work with adults and couples. This full-time, on-site Associate Therapist position in Sacramento is ideal for an AMFT, ACSW, or APCC who wants a long-term professional home rather than a temporary stop. You'll work alongside a collaborative team within a supportive environment designed to help you grow your clinical skills while serving clients who are ready and motivated to do the work.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual therapy to adult clients across a range of presenting concerns.
- Provide couples therapy using a relational, connection-focused approach.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships that support meaningful, lasting change.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional and ethical standards.
- Participate in ongoing training, consultation, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Current California registration as an AMFT, ACSW, or APCC.
- Hands-on experience providing therapy to adults and/or couples.
- Genuine enthusiasm for relational, client-centered work with adults.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continued clinical growth.
- Availability for a full-time, in-person role based in Sacramento.
