Senior AI Marketing Specialist

Fortegra is hiring a Senior AI Marketing Specialist to join its team in Julington Creek, St. Johns County, where you will help integrate artificial intelligence into marketing strategies and operations.

About the Role

In this position you will report to the Manager, Performance Marketing and lead efforts to evaluate, test, and scale AI‑driven solutions that improve how Fortegra’s brands are discovered in search, how campaigns are built and executed, and how the marketing team works on a daily basis.

What You'll Do

• Research emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability to marketing objectives
• Design and run pilot projects that apply machine learning to audience targeting, ad creative generation, and campaign optimization
• Work closely with data scientists and analysts to interpret model outputs and translate insights into actionable marketing tactics
• Monitor performance of AI‑enabled initiatives, refining approaches based on key metrics such as conversion rate, ROI, and engagement
• Document processes and best practices to support broader adoption of AI across the marketing organization
• Stay current on industry trends, ethical considerations, and regulatory developments related to AI in marketing

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong grasp of SEO, paid media, and marketing analytics
• Hands‑on exposure to AI or machine learning tools, whether through coursework, certifications, or practical projects
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and evaluate results using statistical methods
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and presenting findings to non‑technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational capabilities, with comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• A curiosity for continuous learning and a passion for leveraging technology to drive marketing performance
