Scheduler and Planner with Security Clearance

Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a full-time Scheduler and Planner with Security Clearance for our Saint Marys, Camden County facility. You'll be instrumental in coordinating complex project timelines and supporting the critical mission-focused work of our Space division.

About the Role

In this position, you'll manage schedules and planning activities in a high-performance environment where precision and security awareness are paramount. Working within Lockheed Martin's Space division, you'll ensure that projects stay aligned with timelines while resources are optimized across multiple initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Create and update comprehensive project schedules, identifying key milestones and dependencies
• Allocate resources and coordinate personnel across departments to support program execution
• Flag scheduling conflicts and recommend adjustments to maintain project momentum
• Track progress against timelines and report status to program management
• Facilitate coordination between cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all planning and scheduling activities
• Support the organization of planning meetings and status reviews

What We're Looking For

• Current security clearance, or eligibility to obtain one as required
• Experience in scheduling, project coordination, or related planning functions
• Competence with project management software and scheduling tools
• Strong organizational abilities and time management discipline
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or associate degree valued
