EY is hiring a Senior Manager of SAP Technical Architecture for our Consulting practice, based in North Hill, Summit County. As a Technical Architecture leader, you'll guide enterprise clients through complex SAP implementations and digital transformations, shaping how organizations leverage SAP to drive operational excellence and competitive advantage.

About the Role

This Senior Manager position combines deep SAP technical expertise with consulting leadership. You'll architect end-to-end SAP solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients, leading cross-functional teams while building lasting client partnerships. Your technical vision and business acumen will directly influence how our clients modernize their operations and maximize return on their SAP investments.

What You'll Do

• Design and oversee SAP technical strategies, system architectures, and implementation roadmaps aligned with client business objectives
• Lead senior technical consultants and architects in solution design, ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance with industry best practices
• Conduct technical assessments, identify system optimization opportunities, and recommend modernization approaches for existing SAP environments
• Manage client relationships at the C-suite and technical decision-maker level, translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Oversee solution delivery on complex, multi-phase SAP projects across modules like S/4HANA, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integration
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice thought leadership through case studies, insights, and industry engagement

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of SAP technical experience, with 5+ years in a senior consulting, architecture, or leadership role
• Deep expertise in SAP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or similar), system design, and implementation methodologies
• Proven ability to manage high-complexity projects, large budgets, and stakeholder expectations
• Strong communication skills and experience presenting to executive audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to travel as needed for client engagements
