Deloitte is hiring a full-time Salesforce CPQ Consultant for its Technical Transformation practice, based on-site in Morristown. If you thrive at the intersection of quote-to-cash technology and customer strategy, this role puts you at the center of high-impact transformation work.
About the Role
As a Salesforce CPQ Consultant within Deloitte's Sales & Service organization, you will help leading organizations modernize how they sell, configure, price, and quote. Working from Morristown, you will translate commercial goals into scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions that strengthen customer relationships and unlock measurable growth. This is an on-site, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned to client sales and commercial objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical specifications and quote-to-cash improvements.
- Support technical transformation initiatives that pair advanced analytics, Generative AI, and emerging technologies with thoughtful design.
- Optimize customer experiences and help clients capture sustained value across digital products and innovation efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Deloitte teams to deliver reliable, well-architected outcomes.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong understanding of sales, pricing, and quoting processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Consulting mindset with the ability to gather requirements and advise clients on practical solutions.
- Comfort working with data, analytics, and modern technologies, including AI-enabled approaches.
- Willingness to work on-site in Morristown.
