About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline, identifying new market opportunities and high-value prospects across North America

  • Lead direct sales activities while mentoring and developing sales team members to meet regional targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and executive teams to align commercial strategy with product capabilities
  • Present solutions to C-suite and procurement leaders, translating Safran's technical expertise into business value
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform tactical and strategic planning
  • Report on sales metrics, forecasting, and business performance to regional leadership

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record managing B2B sales in aerospace, defense, or capital equipment industries
  • 5+ years in sales leadership roles with demonstrated success exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience building and motivating high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of North American aviation and aerospace supply chain dynamics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to operate at executive levels
  • Self-directed problem solver with strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
