About the Role
As the Sales Director at Mindera, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, building and nurturing relationships with key clients, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. Who We're Looking For
- Proven track record in sales leadership with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior sales role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop sales teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A deep understanding of the technology industry and experience in B2B sales.
- Experience with CRM software and a passion for technology.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks.
