About the Role

As a Jewelry Consultant at KAY, you'll be the expert guide customers turn to when shopping for engagement rings, fine jewelry, watches, and accessories. You'll combine product expertise with genuine hospitality to help each customer find exactly what they're looking for, whether they're celebrating an engagement, anniversary, graduation, or simply treating themselves to something special.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and understand their needs, preferences, and occasion
• Demonstrate jewelry collections with confidence and knowledge about quality, craftsmanship, and design
• Guide customers through their purchase journey, from selection to checkout
• Educate customers about diamonds, metals, gemstones, and jewelry care
• Process sales transactions accurately and professionally
• Maintain store displays and keep inventory organized and accessible
• Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
• Meet sales performance expectations and contribute to team goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally in jewelry or luxury goods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine interest in jewelry, fashion, and helping people celebrate important moments
• Ability to learn product details quickly and retain technical information
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems and sales transactions
• A collaborative attitude and commitment to teamwork
• Reliability and professional presentation
