As a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant with KAY in Fond du Lac, you'll be the trusted advisor customers turn to when searching for engagement rings, wedding bands, fine jewelry, and accessories. This is a full-time position where you'll blend product expertise with genuine customer service to create memorable shopping experiences.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers with their jewelry needs, building rapport and understanding their preferences and budget
• Showcase our curated selection of engagement rings, wedding jewelry, fine jewelry, and accessories
• Educate customers on jewelry quality, materials, craftsmanship, and value to support informed purchasing decisions
• Process transactions accurately and professionally using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain product displays, inventory awareness, and a clean, welcoming store environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and achieve store objectives
