The Opportunity
Tour de Cure is a leading cancer fundraising organisation based in South Australia. We are seeking an energetic and commercially minded State Manager to lead our growth across the state. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the community while contributing to our mission of helping cure cancer.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategic plans for fundraising events in South Australia
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses and community groups
- Oversee the coordination and execution of Tour de Cure events to ensure they are successful and impactful
- Manage a team of volunteers and staff to support event planning and delivery
- Analyse data and provide insights to inform fundraising strategies and initiatives
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in sales, marketing, or community management
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
