About the Role

As a Room Attendant with StepStone Hospitality, you're the foundation of our guest experience. Your attention to detail and efficiency keep our rooms and suites in pristine condition daily. Working full-time within our housekeeping team, you'll report to the Housekeeping Office each shift to receive your assignments and room keys, ensuring accountability and clear communication from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain all assigned guest rooms and suites to established standards
• Strip bed linens, wash bedding when required, and make beds with precision
• Deep clean bathrooms including toilets, sinks, showers, and tile surfaces
• Vacuum carpets and hard floors throughout assigned spaces
• Dust all furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Perform spot cleaning on walls, doors, and upholstery
• Test and verify room lights, television, and other fixtures function properly
• Restock rooms with linens, towels, toiletries, and other guest supplies
• Report maintenance issues and missing or damaged items to your supervisor immediately
• Return your room key and complete your shift report with the Housekeeping Office

• Physical capability to push carts, bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
• Attention to detail and thoroughness
• Basic organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple rooms efficiently
• Willingness to learn and take pride in guest-facing work
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is valued but not required
