What You'll Do
- Conduct rapid patient assessments and triage acutely ill and injured individuals
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions under physician direction
- Monitor vital signs, hemodynamic status, and patient responses to therapy
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams on emergency protocols
- Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation and electronic medical records
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Uphold infection control and safety standards in a high-acuity setting
What We're Looking For
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Proficiency in emergency nursing assessment and critical thinking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective during high-volume, high-acuity patient care
- Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice
- Flexibility to work full-time hours in a dynamic ER environment
