What You'll Do
- Administer dialysis treatments and monitor vital signs and fluid status throughout sessions

- Maintain accurate, thorough treatment records and comply with regulatory documentation standards
- Partner with nephrologists, dialysis technicians, and interdisciplinary care teams on patient management
- Educate patients about their treatment plan and support adherence to post-treatment care
- Monitor vascular access integrity and contribute to complication prevention strategies
What We're Looking For
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1–2 years of dialysis nursing experience
- Strong assessment skills and clinical decision-making ability
- Ability to work effectively within a team while managing independent responsibilities
