The Opportunity
We have an exciting new assignment for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Critical Care Unit (CVICU) at our facility in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a travel position that offers 3x12 nights shifts per week, providing you with valuable experience and exposure to critical care environments.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and provide appropriate nursing care
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Monitor patients for any changes in condition and report to the medical team
- Participate in shift handovers and ensure clear communication with colleagues
Skills & Qualifications
- Critical Care Unit (CVICU) experience preferred
- Current RN license in Arizona or ability to obtain one quickly
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Prioritization and multitasking abilities under pressure
