Visionworks in Wexford, Allegheny County is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to lead our vision care store and deliver exceptional patient experiences while driving business results.

What You'll Do

• Direct daily store operations, including inventory management, staffing, scheduling, and financial performance
• Build and mentor a customer-focused team dedicated to patient satisfaction and eye care excellence
• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and expand the customer base in Wexford
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards in all store activities
• Create a welcoming, professional environment where patients feel confident making vision care decisions
• Manage customer relationships, address inquiries, and resolve issues to foster long-term loyalty

• Proven retail management experience, preferably in optical, healthcare, or customer-centric retail environments
