About the Role

As a part-time Sales Lead at Visionworks in Gresham, you'll set the tone for every customer interaction — from the first friendly hello on the phone to the in-person greeting when a patient walks through the door. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people both look their best and see their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and patients, creating a positive and personable atmosphere in the store
• Answer phone inquiries in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner
• Guide customers through their vision care needs and product selections
• Champion the Visionworks brand by delivering attentive, caring service at every touchpoint
• Support day-to-day store operations and assist the team in meeting sales goals

Qualifications

• A charismatic, friendly personality with a passion for helping others
• Strong communication skills, whether speaking with customers in person or over the phone
• A customer-first attitude and the ability to make people feel welcome
• Availability to work a part-time schedule
• Enthusiasm for the vision care industry and the desire to make a difference

Compensation

• Pay class: Part Time
• Hourly pay range: $15.95 – $18.47 per hour
