About the Role
We're seeking skilled HVAC professionals who take pride in their craft and are ready to tackle challenging installations and systems troubleshooting. You'll be central to our rapid expansion, delivering expert workmanship on every project while building strong relationships with homeowners throughout the greater Orlando region.
What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Perform system diagnostics, inspections, and repairs with attention to code compliance and customer satisfaction
- Lead on-site installations from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and timely project completion
- Collaborate with team members to support growing service demands across multiple service territories
- Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and efficiency best practices
What We're Looking For
- Current EPA Section 608 Certification or equivalent HVAC licensing
- Hands-on residential HVAC installation experience and troubleshooting expertise
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and commitment to customer service excellence
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites throughout the Orlando area
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and work at heights safely
