- Able to follow sell strategies as determined by revenue management
- Proficiency in using the property management system (Opera) for accurate data entry
- Experience in handling group reservations and inputting rooming lists
- Familiarity with selling gift certificates, processing travel agent commissions, and coding market segments and corporate accounts
