About the Role

In this Relationship Banker Business Specialist position, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to business clients in the Penn Hills area and surrounding region. You'll be responsible for identifying client needs, presenting tailored banking solutions, and maintaining strong, profitable relationships that support both client success and PNC Bank's business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Build and nurture ongoing relationships with business clients, understanding their financial goals and challenges
• Assess business needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services, including lending, deposit accounts, and treasury solutions
• Originate and manage business loans, including preparation, analysis, and documentation of credit requests
• Cross-sell PNC products and services to expand client relationships and increase wallet share
• Maintain accurate client records and relationship documentation in company systems
• Support the loan approval process, from initial application through funding
• Generate business development opportunities through networking and referral generation
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, lending standards, and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in relationship banking, business banking, or commercial lending
• Strong sales and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of business banking products, services, and lending practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to analyze financial statements and understand business needs
• Proficiency with banking software systems and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
