About the Role

This part-time physical therapist position provides the opportunity to work in a dedicated rehabilitation setting, evaluating and treating patients across a range of conditions and recovery stages. You'll develop individualized treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic interventions, and measure progress toward functional independence in a collaborative healthcare environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to assess functional limitations, pain, mobility restrictions, and rehabilitation potential
• Create personalized treatment plans aligned with each patient's specific clinical needs and recovery goals
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise programming, and evidence-based modalities
• Provide patient education on proper movement mechanics, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies
• Document clinical findings, treatment responses, and progress notes in accordance with healthcare compliance standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and clinical team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment approaches based on clinical response and functional gains

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in your state
• Solid foundation in rehabilitation principles, therapeutic techniques, and clinical assessment
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication abilities
• Ability to function effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Professional dedication to patient-centered care and measurable clinical outcomes
