About the Role

This full-time Registered Nurse position is designed for internationally educated and U.S.-trained nurses currently holding a Student (F1) visa or Optional Practical Training (OPT) status who want to build a lasting career in American healthcare. As part of ADEX Medical Staffing's sponsorship program, selected candidates are placed in U.S. hospital settings while ADEX supports the transition toward a permanent Employment Authorization Document (EAD) and an EB-3 employment-based green card. Please note that the placement site may differ from the Fernan Lake Village, Kootenai County location listed in this posting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, patient-centered nursing care within a U.S. hospital environment.
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document care accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments in line with physician orders and facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and ongoing wellness.
• Uphold safety standards, infection-control practices, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current F1 (Student) visa or active OPT work authorization.
• Eligibility or interest in pursuing an EB-3 employment-based green card through sponsorship.
• Registered Nurse education and credentials qualifying you for U.S. clinical practice.
• Willingness to relocate, as the assigned hospital may be located outside Fernan Lake Village, Kootenai County.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a commitment to compassionate patient care.
