Responsibilities
- Implement behavior plans and therapeutic strategies designed by supervising BCBAs
- Conduct systematic data collection and recording to track client progress and behavioral outcomes
- Provide direct behavioral support and skill-building instruction to children in our programs
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure treatment consistency
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards
Who We're Looking For
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or actively pursuing board certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and genuine compassion for children and families
- Ability to follow clinical protocols with precision and meticulous attention to detail
- Reliability, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset in team-based clinical settings
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
