Responsibilities

  • Conduct systematic data collection and recording to track client progress and behavioral outcomes
  • Provide direct behavioral support and skill-building instruction to children in our programs
  • Collaborate with clinical supervisors, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure treatment consistency
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards

Who We're Looking For

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or actively pursuing board certification
  • Strong interpersonal skills and genuine compassion for children and families
  • Ability to follow clinical protocols with precision and meticulous attention to detail
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset in team-based clinical settings
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred
