Regional Streaming Director

Fox seeks a Regional Streaming Director to lead digital and streaming initiatives for our Tampa, Hillsborough County operations. In this full-time position, you'll drive the streaming strategy that connects our regional broadcast stations with audiences across modern digital platforms in one of America's largest media markets.

Role Overview

The Regional Streaming Director serves as a strategic leader overseeing Fox's streaming and digital operations across our Tampa region. You'll chart the course for how we deliver content and engage audiences through streaming platforms while maintaining the strength of our broadcast foundation. This role bridges traditional television leadership with cutting-edge digital strategy, requiring someone who understands both broadcast operations and the future of streaming media delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional streaming strategy that maximizes audience reach and engagement across all digital platforms
• Oversee content coordination from broadcast stations to streaming distribution, ensuring quality and consistency across channels
• Lead regional teams managing streaming platform operations, audience analytics, and digital content performance
• Establish streaming initiatives that drive measurable growth in digital viewership and audience loyalty
• Partner with corporate and station leadership to align Tampa-area streaming efforts with Fox's enterprise-wide digital transformation

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in streaming services, digital media strategy, or broadcast television management
• Comprehensive knowledge of streaming platforms, audience data analytics, and modern content distribution channels
• Proven ability to develop strategy and execute complex projects within large, multi-departmental organizations
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; experience coordinating across broadcast and digital teams
• Understanding of broadcast television operations and the current media landscape
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, media, or related discipline; equivalent professional experience considered
