About the Role

As a Regional Manager (Multifamily) based in Little Rock, AR, you will oversee a group of apartment communities, driving financial results, operational excellence, and resident satisfaction. This is a full-time leadership position with Trinity Property Consultants, where your expertise directly supports a nationally recognized apartment portfolio. You'll guide on-site teams, set the standard for service, and translate company strategy into day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the operations and financial performance of multiple multifamily properties across the Little Rock and Pulaski County region.
• Mentor, develop, and support community managers and on-site staff to reach occupancy, revenue, and retention goals.
• Review budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities to strengthen net operating income.
• Champion resident experience and uphold quality standards across every community in your portfolio.
• Ensure properties remain compliant with applicable housing regulations and company policies.
• Partner with leadership to implement initiatives rooted in innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multifamily or apartment communities, ideally at a multi-site or regional level.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• Solid command of property financials, budgeting, and operational reporting.
