As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, balancing relationship-building with leasing goals. You'll showcase our community, respond to inquiries, and guide qualified applicants through the lease process. What You'll Do

• Conduct engaging property tours and unit showings for prospective residents
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Qualify leads and identify resident needs to match them with available units
• Process lease applications accurately and maintain compliance with company standards
• Build lasting relationships with new residents and support their move-in experience
• Maintain thorough knowledge of community amenities, floor plans, and lease terms
• Achieve occupancy targets and contribute to the property's leasing goals
• Keep the leasing office organized, professional, and welcoming
