About the Role
As the Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor for ReNew Twenty50, you will oversee the upkeep and physical condition of several apartment communities across San Jose. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives on solving problems in real time, coordinating across properties, and setting a high standard for service and craftsmanship. Trinity Property Consultants has spent three decades building thriving residential communities, and your technical know-how will be central to sustaining that legacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day maintenance operations across multiple San Jose residential sites
- Schedule, prioritize, and complete repairs, preventive maintenance, and turnover work
- Lead and support on-site maintenance team members, sharing technical guidance and best practices
- Respond to resident service requests promptly and follow through to resolution
- Help safeguard the physical condition, safety, and curb appeal of each community
- Coordinate with vendors and management to keep projects on track and within scope
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, ideally within multifamily or residential settings
- Hands-on competence across general repairs, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
- Supervisory or team-leadership experience and the ability to manage work across more than one location
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
