Regional Health & Safety Manager – Remote

BluSky Restoration Contractors is hiring a Regional Health & Safety Manager to lead safety operations across multiple regions from a remote position based in the Los Angeles County area. This full-time role offers the opportunity to shape safety culture, drive compliance at scale, and make a measurable impact across BluSky's restoration services operations.

About the Role

You'll oversee health, safety, and regulatory compliance across two or more assigned regions, accountable for incident reduction, risk mitigation, and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local safety standards. Working remotely, you'll partner with regional leadership to establish consistent safety protocols, conduct oversight, and foster a culture where safety drives every decision.

What You'll Do

• Develop, launch, and maintain region-wide safety programs, policies, and operational guidelines that meet BluSky standards and regulatory frameworks
• Perform safety audits, site inspections, and incident investigations; identify root causes and recommend corrective action
• Deliver safety training and coaching to regional managers, supervisors, and field crews
• Monitor and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, state labor laws, and federal safety requirements across assigned regions
• Establish safety performance metrics, track key indicators, and report findings to leadership
• Work with operations teams to eliminate hazards, respond to safety concerns, and prevent incidents before they occur

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years managing health and safety in construction, restoration, field services, or similar industries
• Expertise with OSHA compliance, federal/state safety regulations, and industry best practices
• Demonstrated success building and executing safety programs across multiple locations or regions
• Strong leadership presence and ability to influence safety culture across diverse teams
• Experience conducting safety audits, incident investigations, and hazard assessments
• Self-directed professional who can manage regional priorities independently while collaborating effectively in a remote environment
