About This Position
We are seeking a highly skilled CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Driver to join our team at Marten Transport. As an OTR (Over the Road) driver, you will be responsible for delivering refrigerated cargo across various routes. Our company culture prioritizes drivers' well-being and safety.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will include:
- Picking up and delivering refrigerated cargo to various destinations
- Maintaining the condition of the truck and its load
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Communicating effectively with dispatch for route updates and instructions
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a dedicated driver who:
- Holds a valid CDL-A license
- Has experience in refrigerated truck driving (preferred)
- Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills
